Retro Vs. Remake 84: La Jetée (1962) vs 12 Monkeys (1995)

A devastating event takes out most of the world's population. Humans are forced to retreat underground. One man from this dystopian future is sent back in time (maybe?) to potentially stop this horrific event from happening. Will he do it and find out why his memories are haunting him or is something else going on? All this can only mean one thing, we watched La Jetée and 12 Monkeys on this episode of Retro vs. Remake!
